The Tesla Model S is certainly an incredible car isn't it? It's not my cup of tea personally, but as far as engineering and design are concerned, the Model S is a world class automobile and possibly (gasp) the future.

Now I can't say anything about Tesla owners or enthusiasts, but having scrolled through the comment section of Saabkyle04's review of the Tesla, I felt I just needed to share the highlights of some of these avid EV fanatics.

A few guys at my C&C have these, and they are really cool guys. One of them tends to open every door in the vehicle and just lets everyone crawl in and check things out.

Honestly they're both. It all just depends on the individual whether they're looking for an appliance, or something to enjoy and have fun in. That's such a brain dead way of thinking about something as complex as a car. There isn't just one usage scenario for it.

Imagine if people said that about computers.

There is something about a 25" 16:9 LCD display turned portrait mode in the center of the console that I find wildly unattractive. There is so much great, modern, futuristic content already in this car, why that monstrosity? Does not scream 'style' or 'elegance'. Just screams.

You have to understand the people who buy these cars are incredibly insecure. They buy Tesla’s and iPhones and they just aren’t capable of dealing with any form of criticism because they are emotionally unstable. They overlook any flaws because they’re financially and to a higher degree emotionally invested in these objects of they’re desire
